Each Monday Night we host a ‘Competitive Songwriters Night’ as a forum for aspiring performing songwriters to share their ORIGINAL songs in a live setting and compete for cash prizes. We’re calling it the – SONGWRITERS SHOOTOUT. On that night, we will become a listening venue. There will be 3 judges and Monday night winners (‘qualifiers’) will receive a $50.00 cash prize and advance to compete in the Quarterly Semi-Final Round where the prize is $250.00. The four Quarterly winners advance to compete in the Final Round of the Annual Songwriters Shootout where the prize is $500.00 The Annual Songwriter Shootout provides a rare opportunity for up-and-coming talent to showcase their music in front of a room of music industry professionals and avid music fans. GuadalaHARRY’s believes that the Songwriter Shootout will prove to be a profound community building experience for all songwriters involved. Great friendships as well as musical collaborations will grow out of this exciting night. Winners of Shootouts can use this event as a springboard for their careers. GuadalaHARRY’s is aiming to become the launching pad for tomorrow’s chart toppers.
