East Texas country is headed to Conroe.
Growing up in rural East Texas, Tanner Sparks fell in love with country music listening to his grandpa’s collection of Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and George Jones. That influence still runs deep in his sound today.
Standing tall at 6’8”, Tanner is a larger-than-life presence with a rich baritone and traditional delivery. His voice and style have drawn comparisons to Travis Tritt, Tracy Lawrence, and Randy Travis.
Tanner brands his sound as “Old Fashioned Country Music” — rooted in the grit and soul of ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s country. He’s released an EP, two studio albums, and multiple singles, earning:
2019 “Emerging Artist” – Texas Country Music Awards
2024 “Emerging Artist” – Texas Internet Radio Awards
His latest album, Some Kind of Crazy, is available on all streaming platforms.
If you love real country music, steel guitar, baritone vocals, and songs that sound like they came straight off a honky-tonk jukebox… this is your night.
