2nd phase of CenterPoint Energy resiliency plan in Greater Houston involves ‘self-healing grid’

CenterPoint Energy CEO Jason Wells outlined in July a three-phase resiliency and communications plan known as the Greater Houston Resiliency Initiative. The plan’s first phase wrapped up in August, and officials released details Sept 30 on phase two.
