Converde, a 55-plus residential community within the master-planned community Evergreen, is now open for presales, according to a March 20 news release.
The community is 170 acres and planned for about 540 homes, per the news release.

There are three home collections available, featuring nine single-story floor plans. Homes will range from around 1,514 square feet to 2,524 square feet, with prices starting in the low $300,000s, according to the news release.
Converde will also include an Open Wellness and Social Club that will feature amenities such as a fitness and wellness center, casual dining, a resort-style pool, pickleball courts and social spaces, according to the news release.

A Founders Circle program will offer early homebuyers incentives, with Tier 1 incentives including 6% off the total purchase price, inclusive of base, lot premium and options, plus other perks, according to the news release.
