CONROE, Texas — There is an active rescue happening right now in Conroe and city officials are asking people to avoid the area.
The rescue is happening at the South Loop 336 East and FM 3083 East. At this point, details of the rescue are not available. The city said to expect emergency crews to stay at the scene for an extended period of time.
Drivers should find alternate routes and give first responders the space they need.
