Adalyn Stultz and Reese Fischer Earn Youth Championships at Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo APHA Show

Adalyn Stultz of Montgomery earned the High Point Youth 18 & Under Champion title at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo American Paint Horse Association (APHA) Show on Feb. 1.

Stultz, 14, competed under the guidance of Peyton Williamson of Rockin W Performance Horses aboard her horse, Unchecked Invitation, earning top honors against youth exhibitors from across the region. An eighth-grade student at Oak Hill Junior High in Montgomery, Stultz was also awarded a $4,000 scholarship as the High Point Youth winner.

Adalyn is the daughter of Megan Stultz-Johnson and Wade Stultz of Montgomery and the granddaughter of Monte and Kim West and Ruth Stultz of Montgomery, and John Stultz of Athens.

Also earning top honors at the APHA show, Reese Fischer of New Braunfels was named Reserve High Point Youth Champion in the 13 & Under division.

Fischer, 11, competed under the guidance of Reid Thomas Performance Horses aboard her horse, Your One and Only, against exhibitors from across the region. She is a fifth-grade student at Lamar Elementary School in New Braunfels.

Reese is the daughter of Lacy and Brent Fischer of New Braunfels and the granddaughter of Monte and Kim West of Montgomery and Cathy Hemsell, and Dean and Kathy Fischer of New Braunfels.
