The Charles B. Stewart Library in Montgomery is celebrating its 20th anniversary, having opened in its current location in 2006, according to the Montgomery County Memorial Library System website. The library was named after Charles Bellinger Stewart, the man credited with designing the Texas Flag.
The library will host a celebration March 6 with remarks from Montgomery County Precinct 1 Commissioner Robert Walker and activities such as face painting and a bounce house.
