On Feb. 14, Conroe will be hosting its annual Black History Month parade, with the official theme for this year being Unity in the Community. The central point of the parade is to honor the memory and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., through “community and joyful connection,” according to its website.

From musicians and photographers to videographers and artists, Music in the Park is for networking, community and artistic expression. The event will have a plug-and-play station for multiple musicians to play live for the public.
