‘1776’ presented by The Players Theatre Company
The Players Theatre Company presents “1776,” the Tony Award-winning musical celebrating the creation of the Declaration of Independence.
America Walk 250: Picnic at the Park
Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park will be hosting the America Walk 250 event alongside a community barbecue fundraiser, where all proceeds will help support veteran outreach programs. Face painting, photo booths, barbecue and balloon artists will be among the offerings.
Sons of American Legion 618 Car Show
Sons of the American Legion will be hosting a classic American car show. Awards will be handed out to the best cars in attendance.
Meador Teens: Reptiles & More
R. F. Meador Library will be hosting a live educational exhibit for local students and teens in the area. A variety of live reptiles will be on display, including turtles, bearded dragons, lizards and snakes.
‘Bye Bye Birdie’
This musical, produced by Stage Right at the Crighton Theatre, follows rock legend Conrad Birdie as he’s been drafted into the Army.
Montgomery County Christmas In July
Montgomery County Holiday Extravaganza’s shopping event will feature local vendors and retailers offering boutique clothing, jewelry, home items and holiday decor.
CKC Houston Scrapbooking Show
Creating Keepsakes will be hosting its scrapbooking convention at the Lone Star Convention & Expo Center.

‘Shrek the Musical Jr.’
The students of Crighton Theatre’s annual Jim Bingham Summer Camp will perform “Shrek the Musical Jr.,” a family-friendly show based on the Oscar-nominated movie “Shrek.”
