Nine members of the Coushatti Trace Chapter, NSDAR, returned from
Daughters of the
American Revolution, Texas Society’s Fall Forum held in Austin on
September 5 th and 6 th full of excitement and ready to start a new
chapter year! The DAR supports the pillars of Education, Patriotism
and Historic Preservation in the Willis, Montgomery and Conroe area
with projects and donations. There are several chapters in the
northern Montgomery County area to choose from depending on your
schedule, but if a weekday chapter meets your needs and you are
interested in joining a lineage society that focuses on friendship and
service, check us out!
We will host the first meeting of the chapter year at the Montgomery
County Memorial Library on Thursday, September 18 th at 1:00 p.m. This
