Coushatti Trace Chapter Names Brooke Owsley as Scholarship Recipient

Coushatti Trace Chapter has chosen Willis High School senior Brooke Owsley as the recipient of the annual Coushatti Trace Scholarship. Brooke is a member of
the WHS National Honor Society, Student Council, Mu Alpha Theta, Rho Kappa, the
Art Honor Society, is in the top 5% of her class, and is a current member of
the yearbook staff. She participates in community projects such as HOSA–Future
Health Professionals and tutoring programs in AP World History.
Brooke plans to attend Texas A&M University in the fall to pursue a bachelor’s
degree in biology, with the intent to attend dental school and obtain either a
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Coushatti Trace Chapter, NSDAR, is a
lineage-based organization promoting Historic Preservation, Patriotism and
