Texas Brigades is a non-profit organization established in 1993 with a vision of “developing conservation leaders in every community.” To protect our natural resources, Texas Brigades aims to inspire a new generation of conservation leaders. Caney Creek High School teen, Matthew Fagan (pictured center) attended South Texas Buckskin Brigade this summer and was voted Top Cadet for his outstanding performance and positive influence throughout the camp. His camp tuition was sponsored by the Montgomery County Soil and Water Conservation District #452.
