
Homes are now being sold in Wildtree, a residential community from Shea Homes located along FM 1486, according to a Feb. 3 news release.
What you need to know
The community is planned for around 1,000 homes, and its amenities will include a resort-style pool, recreation center, playground and event lawn. Wildtree is zoned to Magnolia ISD.
According to the news release, the community’s availability includes:
- 40-to-70-foot homesites from Shea Homes, with floor plans up to 4,610 square feet and prices ranging from the $320,000s to the $590,000s
- 50-foot homesites from Coventry Homes, with homes ranging from 1,948-2,972 square feet with four bedrooms
- 70-foot lots and 10 home designs from Newmark Homes, priced from the $650,000s with up to 4,547 square feet
- 40-foot homesites from Perry Homes, with pricing from the $330,000s and 13 different floor plans ranging from 1,500-2,500 square feet
- 60-foot homesites from Toll Brothers, with six available designs ranging from 3,000-3,750 square feet and homes from the mid-$500,000s
