From side hustle to thriving business
Six years ago, Eisenman was balancing three jobs while her husband worked in sales. In January 2020, she launched a small T-shirt business while searching for a way to make ends meet.
At the time, Eisenman was a regular customer of Texas Transfers, which supplied the materials she needed for her own business. When the company’s original owner faced health challenges, she offered Eisenman the opportunity to purchase the business.
In 2021, the transition became official. Since then, the company’s growth has been a family effort, with Eisenman’s husband joining the team more than three years ago.
Community over competition
After taking ownership, Eisenman wanted to shift away from the competitive culture often found in the crafting world.
“I care about the people,” Eisenman said.
Instead of treating other creators as competitors, she began asking customers about their goals and the challenges they faced as small business owners.

A new home, and a legacy of giving
After serving the Conroe area for several years, the company reached a milestone this past December with the opening of its new Conroe storefront, creating a dedicated space where creators can connect while growing their brands.
The acquisition of the building, which was Conroe Feeders Supply in downtown Conroe, came with an unexpected twist. Although the seller initially chose a different buyer, he reconsidered after his wife expressed a strong intuition that Texas Transfers was meant to have the property.
The moment reflected how Eisenman approaches business with an openness to people over transactions.
Today, the company remains deeply committed to philanthropy. Their impact includes:
- $10,000 donated to families affected by the tragedy in Uvalde
- $10,000 provided to victims of Hill Country flooding
- Bi-monthly outreach feeding the local homeless community
- Partnerships with schools and Parent-Teacher Organizations that return a portion of profits to the community
For Eisenman, the guiding philosophy is simple.
“When you have more than you need, build a bigger table, not a higher fence,” Eisenman said.
