Veterans and their families are invited to a Thanksgiving potluck at the VFW Post 4709. As the event approaches, there will be a sign-up sheet in the VFW’s Canteen with a list of items needed for lunch.

Kick off the Christmas season in Downtown Conroe with the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. Following the tree lighting, there will be “Christmas Around the Square,” where Founders Plaza and Main Street will be open late, filled with Christmas spirit and shopping.

LSC-Montgomery is hosting a tree lighting event that will feature activities such as photos with Santa, live music and a bounce house.
Meador Library Family Open House
Guests are invited to attend the Meador Library Family Open House at the R.F. Meador Branch Library.
Readers’ Night Dickens on Main
Meet local authors and fellow readers, swap books and shop for book-themed merchandise from local vendors.

Texas 10 Conroe
Attendees can participate in a 5-mile or 10-mile run in Montgomery County.
Tree Trimming Party
Celebrate the holidays with a potluck while decorating the VFW Post 4709 tree. The event will also include a white elephant exchange for adults 21 and over and child-friendly games and activities.
Peyton Riley’s Jingle Bell Bash

The Willis Christmas Parade has a new route starting at Rogers Road and ending at Mink Street.
‘The Many Moods of Christmas’
