Get The Facts and Know the Issues Before Voting

The Texas House Republican Caucus
voted on December 7^th., 2024. They selected David Cook to be their
candidate for the Speaker of the House for the 89^th Texas
legislative session beginning in 2025. The vote took place after
multiple rounds of balloting, with Cook winning 48-14 among the 62 members
present! Twenty-six Republicans defected with help from Will Metcalf
and, the previous Speaker of the House Dade Phelan who walked out before the
final vote. The elected Republican State Representatives majority contend that
Dade Phelan who was the previous Texas Speaker of the House (in the 88^th
legislative session) had to resign because he was caught appointing Democrats
to committee chair positions in exchange for their votes. This time, in the
last 89^th legislative session, Dade Phelan and Will Metcalf again
defected and joined with Democrats in exchange for their votes. In exchange for
Democrat votes, Will Metcalf defected from the Republican Party to vote with
the Democrats by supporting and voting with the Democrats preferred candidate
“Dustin Burrows” for Speaker, and if elected he would then appoint only
Democrats, not Republicans, to all of the Texas House Committees as Vice
Chairs, excluding Republicans and defecting from the Republican Party agenda.
As long as Democrats voted with Will Metcalf and Dade Phelan who defected from
the Republican Party’s choice for leader, and vote with Democrats for “Dustin
Burrows” for Speaker of the House; then, Dustin Burrows could in turn appoint
only Democrats as Vice-chairmen and would not allow any Republicans to serve as
Vice-chair leaders on any of the Texas House committees for the entire State of
Texas. Does this sound like a good deal for the Democrats? Yes, of course it
does. All Republicans were prohibited from serving as Vice-chairmen or
Vice-chairwomen across the entire State of Texas. The Democrats loved gaining
more power!

A full majority of Democrats all
agreed and voted for Mr. Burrows, who in turn with Will Metcalf’s vote defected
from the Republican majority, for Burrows to be House Speaker, and then Burrows
being loyal to Democrats promptly appointed only Democrats as Vice-chairs. The
results of these Republicans often called traitors, who defected from the
Republican Party and voted with Democrats, ended in a ban stopping all
Conservative Christian Republicans from serving on any committees as Vice
Chairmen or Vice Chairwomen for the entire 89^th legislative session.
“You will know them by their deeds”. Don’t listen
to what they say but watch what they do. The goal of Montgomery County Voters
is to accurately report not what the representatives say, but what they do, so
that you the voter will be equipped with the facts before you go to the poles.
For many years several Democrat candidates in Montgomery, County have believed
that they can not win a State Representative seat if they run as a Democrat.
Therefore some have run as Republican candidates and if elected vote with, and
promote the Democrat agenda deceiving the Montgomery, County Republicans that
voted them into office.

Fact: There are 30 standing committees in
the Texas House of Representatives. In exchange for votes Will Metcalf and
Dustin Burrows (defecting from the Republican Caucus) voted with a full
majority of the Democrats to become Speaker. Right after voting with the
Democrats, then ONLY Democrats were appointed to all of the
Vice-Chairmen and Chairwomen positions to all of the 30 Texas Standing
Committees; and, 10 Democrats were even appointed to the 12 permanent
subcommittees. Republican Caucus and Montgomery voters are outraged!

Fact: This guide gives you the actual list
of names for every single Democrat appointed to Vice Chairmanships by the
Republican defector Dustin Burrows, who was elected by the Democrats under the
leadership of District 16 State Representative Will Metcalf, who also defected
with past Speaker of the House Dade Phelan on the issue, and who resigned after
for being caught appointing Democrat Chairmanships in exchange for votes.

Fact: The Montgomery County Republican
Party Executive Committee and majority of elected voting precinct chairs in
District 16 did not endorse Will Metcalf. He was censured by a majority of the
elected Montgomery County Republican precinct chair representatives for a
reason. His defection resulted in giving more power to the Democrats, but he is
running again as a Republican. District 16 Montgomery voters have been
betrayed.

Fact: Jon Bouche was the Vice Chairman
for all of the Montgomery County Texas Republican Party. Mr. Bouche agreed to
step down in his official capacity as the Vice Chairman of the Republican Party
in order run in the March 2026 Republican Primary Election to hold Republicans
like Will Metcalf, Dustin Burrows and Dade Phalen accountable for what many
believe to be traitorous actions for defecting from the Republican Party to
vote with the Democrats. This “Montgomery County Voters Guide” recommends
voting for Jon Bouche for House District 16 State Representative on the March
03, 2026 primary ballot.

Fact: Precinct 72 covers Bentwater
subdivision and some adjacent area. This “Montgomery County Republican Voters
Guide” recommends voting for and endorses Sarai Damien for Precinct 72
Chairman. She will be listed on the March 03, 2026 Republican Ballot in first
place voting position for Precinct 72. Sarai Damien is a dedicated Republican
Christian conservative and with her husband Ryan and 2 children attend North
Shore Church in Bentwater. Sarai Damien is running against Anne Kate current
chair. Sarai Demien is endorsed by members of the North Shore Church, and by
Montgomery County Texas elected Republican Precinct Chairs (men and women) for
the courage she has shown stepping into the race, to run against Anne Kate.
Anne Kate is on record voting for (not censuring) defending the actions of Will
Metcalf who defected from the Republican Caucus of the Texas House of
Representatives to vote with and support his Democrat colleagues agenda by
adding 30 Democrats to all Vice Chairmanship positions, and 10 Democrats to 12
permanent subcommittees.

Will Metcalf
by voting, with Mr. Burrows (under House rules Burrows can impose) funded
alleged allocations which could exceed $3,000.000 (Three Millions Dollars) for
the Democrats to hire staff. You will not hear about this from Mr. Metcalf.
Democrat Gene Wu (known for leading all of the Democrats to abandon and flee
the Texas House of Representatives like cowards) announced the breakout deal he
made. Democrat Wu was pleased to make the announcement which he could not have
done without the votes, or support of his colleague leaders like Mr. Metcalf
who together with his friend Mr. Phelan are known for defecting from the
Republican House Caucus, while working with Democrats in exchange for their
votes. A vote for Will Metcalf and Anne Kate will likely further the Democrats
efforts to turn the Texas House of Representatives over to the Democrats. Anne
Kate is on record at the North Shore Republican Women’s meeting declaring that
Donald Trump, not Donald Duck, endorses Will Metcalf! Are you kidding me Annie?
Wake up and smell the coffee!
On October 9, 2021 Donald Trump expressed criticism toward the Texas
House of Representatives (which included Will Metcalf) and specifically called
out former Speaker Dade Phelan whom Will Metcalf is on record calling a good
friend; and, by the way also walked out on Republicans to vote with his friend
Will and their Democrat colleagues resulting in more power and money for the
Democrats budget. Donald Trump compared Will Metcalf’s good friend Dade Phelan
to Mitch McConnell and urged the passage of Senate Bill 47, which would allow
for election audits in Texas. Trump criticized Will Metcalf’s good friend
Dade Phelan for not advancing the bill and labeled him a “weak RINO”
(Republican in name only). I think Anne Kate Precint 72 Chair needs to recheck
the facts!

And, on May 27, 2023 Trump again criticized Metcalf’s good
friend Dade Phelan, denouncing the Texas House’s impeachment of Attorney
General Ken Paxton. Trump called Will Metcalf’s good friend Dade Phelan a
“RINO Speaker” who wanted to impeach a loyal Trump ally. Contrary to
Anne Kate’s statement, this hardly sounds like a Trump endorsement. Some, not
all, North Shore Republican Women “Metcalf Mouthpieces” include indoctrinated
Precinct Chair Anne Kate. When Will Metcalf was asked if he would vote to
impeach Ken Paxton again; He is on record saying “I Stand by My Vote”. Will Metcalf
and his good friend Dade Phelan both
voted with Democrats to impeach Ken Paxton. Democrats couldn’t ask for better
supporters than Anne Kate and Will Metcalf. “Birds of a Feather Flock Together”
In fact, Donald Trump expressed criticism toward the Texas House of
Representatives, particularly through his comments about former Speaker Dade
Phelan in his Truth Social post, when he harshly criticized Phelan for leading
the failed impeachment of Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Trump ally,
describing the impeachment as “fraudulent” and an “absolute
embarrassment”! Trump also accused Phelan of blocking legislation for
voter integrity. Why Anne Kate thinks Trump supports Will Metcalf or Phelan
makes no sense, unless she is a Democrat.

One of the
North Shore Republican Women’s “Standing Committees” is the “Campaign
Activities Committee”. And, one of its stated mission purposes is to “Promote
Republican Party candidates by keeping NSRW members informed of all campaign
activities”. Unfortunately, Anne Kate may not have read this part of
her “RINO” responsibilities to honestly and openly inform all Christian
Conservative men and women of all party candidates including Jon Bouche who
does not support Anne Kate’s left wing Will Metcalf or his friend Dade Phelan
both of whom voted to impeach Ken Paxton and have a history of voting with
Democrats resulting in extended power for Democrats and diminished roles for
true Conservative Christian Republican women and their campaign activities. Governor
Abbott in a notice
he sent to Montgomery, County voters actually denounced Metcalf’s intended
actions before he voted with the Democrats which resulted in giving more power
to the Democrats in the Texas House and prevented Republican State
Representatives from across the State of Texas from being able to serve on any
committees as Vice-chairs. Contrary to Anne Kate and Will Metcalf’s egotistical
claims that Trump and Abbott endorse him; Governor Abbott’s letter to voters in
Montgomery, County made clear voters were asked by Gov. Abbott to ask Mr.
Metcalf vote for David Cook, not Dustin Burrows which of course left wing Will
Metcalf and Dade Phelan refused to do. Their plans to defect from the majority
Republican Caucus may already have been well underway. Metcalf sought Abbott’s
endorsement as part of a Metcalf deal in exchange for his vote for “School
Choice”.

Leadership of the censured Republican defector Will Metcalf.

On 03/04/2024 the Montgomery County
Republican Party Executive Committee overwhelmingly voted to censure State
Representative Will Metcalf of Montgomery County Texas. Will Metcalf tried
unsuccessfully to defend charges brought against him by the Montgomery County,
Republican Party. He has since called “Them Liars” referring to his own
constituents. While furthering the Democrat Party agenda; Mr. Metcalf’s is on
record stating that his new slogan “Make Lying Wrong Again” is not referring to
Democrats, but to his own Republican Party voters that voted him into office.
Mr. Jon Bouche (Vice Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party)
stepped down from his office and entered the Montgomery County Republican
Primary race, in response to actual lies being broadcast by Mr. Metcalf over
and over again just like Democrats always do. When Jon Bouche was asked what he
thought about Mr. Metcalf’s latest campaign slogan “Make Lying Wrong Again”,
Jon Bouche responded by saying; “I Thought Lying Was Always Wrong”.

Mr.
Metcalf continued to deny the undeniable, verifiable fact, that he did walk out
and defected from the Republican Party Caucus. Metcalf by disowning his
allegiance to the Republican Party Caucus and to his voting constituents
deliberately violated party loyalty, joined with, and voted with the Democrats
including all of the same Democrats who were appointed to all of the 30 most
powerful House Committee Vice Chairmanship positions in the House. On Tuesday
evening March 4, 2024 with 84 of the Montgomery County Executive Committee
Precinct Chair elected representatives present and those actually voting, 52
voted in favor to censure Mr. Metcalf an overwhelming 62% of elected Republican
officials voting.

While many Republican voters wanted Mr. Metcalf removed from
the Republican Party, not just censured, Montgomery County Chair/woman Gwen
Withrow fell short and is on record stating that the censure would remain
local and not go to the State Republican Executive Committee.
Metcalf’s violations include abandoning the Republican caucus et
al which violates Executive Committee resolutions and violated the fourth RPT “No Democrat Chairs”. House Resolution
4, cited as a violation (by Metcalf) allows only Democrats and
prohibits Republicans from serving as vice-chairs on all of the committees and
gave an additional $4,000 monthly office budget to the Democrats. Additionally,
Democrats were appointed to chair six
“permanent subcommittees.”
