PORTER, TX — On June 12, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Lee Todd of Porter, Texas, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- Felony. Todd is currently in the Montgomery County Jail. A special thank you to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Compliance Unit and the District 5 Patrol deputies for making this arrest.
