RJOA Military Service Award Officer, CYNTHIA CONNOR, presented the American Patriot Award to Robert Röhm for his Military Service to our Country. This particular Award does not require him to have a Confederate Ancestor. “MRS. CYNTHIA” read his extensive Bio, all the Rebel Joan Of Arc Chapter Thanked Him for his Army Service
in the many Wars and Conflicts for our Nation.
