MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — A major accident involving a school bus has been reported along FM 2854 at Mail Rt Road in Montgomery County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Details are limited, but the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said all lanes of FM 2854 have been closed at the intersection. MCSO first posted about the crash on social media at 7:54 a.m.
“Please use alternate routes to avoid delays and allow emergency crews to work,” MCSO said in a social media post.
It’s unclear what district the bus is from. At this time, we don’t know if anyone was injured or if any students were on the bus at the time of the crash. We’re working to learn more.
