Taste of Mexico serves authentic Mexican dishes with vegetarian options 

Restaurant owners Cesar Bautista and Diana Sanchez opened Taste of Mexico in January 2022 after owning a catering business for four years prior to opening the brick and mortar. The restaurant offers traditional authentic Mexican dishes inspired by Sanchez’s great-grandmother’s recipes.
