Texas Crawfish Co. officials told Community Impact the crawfish company is opening a brick-and-mortar in Conroe in mid-March.
The details
The locally owned crawfish company is owned by Colton and Marina Goff and was founded in 2019 as Big Cab’s Crawfish with a food truck located in Spring. The crawfish company rebranded to Texas Crawfish Co. in 2024, officials said.
In addition, Marina Goff said the Goffs also own a wholesale seafood business in Louisiana and have about 100 acres of crawfish farm land as well as a warehouse custom-built by Colton Goff. Crawfish is sourced from different farms and docks and is washed and purged before distributed to Texas Crawfish Co.
Texas Crawfish Co. plans to offer boiled crawfish, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn, potatoes, sausage and mushrooms.
