We are living in the most unique of times, and over a generation ago, I witnessed a substantial event (actually two) that defines a young mindset for a lifetime, when a peoples’ are taken from a state of restrainment and given an opportunity to unshackle themselves. To fly free. You can’t shake that feeling, and it bubbles in you just under your skin; a reminder that if that freedom is not constantly maintained with a permanent vigilance. Well … that thin skin that holds our freedom can be easily ripped away. Ronald Reagan believed that and so do I. And there is an individual in memoriam that teaches us that what we are seeing is a cycle that civilizations go through over time, and in my studies while recovering from cancer, besides learning about my medical history and bodily symptoms. I also studied what I experienced in regards to Berlin and Iraq, to find a greater meaning in what those events really meant, and where they stood in history. The search led me to Lord Woodhouselee, or Alexander Tytler, a Scottish judge, professor and historian; who in a roundabout way defined how civilizations react generally over a bicentennial. And he was right in some respects, but I am more apt to believe in the modern era that the time span that de Tytler defined can be drastically reduced, to much shorter periods, where ‘Freedom-to-Bondage’ can take place quickly. Tytler in much slower times, generally during the early industrial revolution, and information traveled much more slowly.
In Montgomery County, there are so few of us who experienced the Berlin Wall, especially in the Fall of 1989, and if you know anyone please email me, for I would like to know their stories. Still fewer are Berlin ‘89 Vets who served in Operation Desert Storm, because only Berlin soldiers with specific specialties were transferred to Operation Desert Shield in 1990, and in Montgomery County to have experienced both Berlin and Iraq/Kuwait, the number is, well, I’ve only found just little ‘ol me. Along with one I’ve met in Walker County by coincidence.
Just as the political spectrum, or political ideologies, which most see as linear, that concept is misleading when it’s actually circular; which is why the butcheries of Democrat Abortion Supporters, Josef Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot and Adolf Hitler are all so similar. And even if Hitler was considered ‘right wing,’ he is still at the 12 o’clock position just a millimeter to the right of the other bad guys.
The Fall of the Berlin Wall can be described as going from ‘Bondge-to-Faith-to-Courage,’ three little steps, from Midnight to 3am, where the people become bold enough to challenge the Oppressors (Democrats), Rally/Fight, and Defeat the Oppressors. We just did that in 2024 by electing Donald Trump back to the office, and in just six-months he has done more than other president in American History.
In Dumas’ ‘The Count of Monte Cristo,’ Donald Trump is Edmund Dantès to Joe Biden’s evil Fernand Mondego, and to go one step further, Mercédès is America. It’s the fight for Mercédès that matters, the fight for America. The 2020 election steal gave Trump more than ample time to plan and chess-out his game strategy for ‘24. I’ve always said Democrats pay no attention to the consequences of their actions, their arrogance being their kryptonite, and Trump knows this, which is why they are so easy to game plan against. Our Bondage had begun years prior, with the mastery of information and its dissemination totally controlled by Democrats. The Covid pandemic was the Democrats high watermark in suppression of our civil rights. where those in the press could cancel, or ruin the careers of anyone they wished. I was banned from Facebook for almost two years for posting cryptic comments against Democrats, telling them they were a-holes without even mentioning the word. And having seen East German Secret Police, or Stasi officers, arrest and haul off an average ‘unfree’ citizen of the GDR; what I saw in 2020 America terrified me. That’s why I label all Democrats as Communists, and will never second guess that assertion.
With Liberty, the freedom to choose our actions within reason, we can live as we please, and with the accumulation of Abundance, it leads to Complacency. That can easily be dispelled with the giving of America. Simple charity to others. Tithing at church services. Giving to others from our hearts is fulfilling. It’s what I want to be remembered for, and I want to instill the spirit to my readers. My father reminded me too much of anything is a bad thing, and I’ve paid for excesses, and it has cost me.
Complacency, leads to an overconfidence per se, that leads to Selfishness, that reduces the values of freedom. It’s how Israel got caught off guard during the Yom Kippur War in October 1973, after the brilliant victory over Arab forces in the June 1967 Six Day War. The United States saw the same thing starting in the 1960s, when kids, who have never used outhouses, or had to skip a meal because of lack of food, or had to sleep rough for the lack of a bed, were educated in colleges of socialist indoctrination. They learned ideals which were the complete opposite of the values of their parents, who went through the Great Depression and World War II. Those that went on to teach or become public servants were the worst of the lot, and greatly damaged our society.
Complacency is the entitlement lover’s domain, especially for those who expect benefits without having put anything into the system. Everyone gets a vote, and the ones who promise largess, win. It grows as a weed to those who expect reparations from a hardworking legal African immigrant, who never was a slave. Hard work is not a factor in their life. Life preparation was not a priority growing up. People just give up, which is by design as far as Democrats are concerned, for they simply don’t care. If they don’t care for a little fetus developing in a womb (except those of their own white elites), what makes you think they care about their own constituency?
With Apathy, we get the feeling of just phoning it in. Democrat elites love this. Nothing really gets done with the attitude of a dead man. Joe Biden perfected this. Democrats said they could do nothing about any issue detrimental to The Country, but they had the power the whole time. During the pandemic, Democrats forced families apart. Those who died alone did not deserve that fate. It was forced on Americans by Democrats. President Donald Trump has really changed America for the last ten years, fighting for Americans. For the longest time he was vilified, but he stayed strong, and now America is back, and he is changing the political landscape, with an unflinching attitude that is drawing people with reasonable minds. Independent thinkers love Trump, and his light speed actions in the first six months of his Administration, which has brought us out of Joe Biden’s night to Donald Trump’s DAY. Millennial men are not going back to the Democrats, and even the young can recognize that Mom and Dad have a better chance of affording the new gadgets they couldn’t even dream of obtaining under Biden.
The pandemic was the greatest episode in American history of Democrats controlling the vast majority of the American population. The direct control of our bodies by Democrats was their greatest misdeed. It forced a Dependence on us that was unprecedented. And it set back the country for some years. The Bondage as a result of the 2020 steal, thankfully didn’t materialize to that of North Korea, but it stalled true growth in the country. And with Joe Biden’s attitude of a sloth, no country is gonna be excited about that. Trump’s attitude of course is infectious, and it showed during the campaign. The 2020 campaign fraud made states change their procedures which allowed for the steal, and with Trump’s Executive Actions cleaning up and washing away things like USAID, you can tell it’s making a difference across The World. Things that were a lie, are now being shined with the Light of Truth. Socialist media and their personalities are dropping off like flies. Dem politicians are losing their power. Thank God.
President Trump has instilled a new Faith in Americanism. He is bringing back new concepts that Democrats buried for their own self-interests. Who knew that Tariffs could be so productive, or that Foreign Trade could be used as an antibiotic against the waging of petty wars around The World. Republicans standing up at the Federal level, and now at the State level, with Texas and the recent low-life stunt of state Democrats running from their elected duties. And it makes the RINOs that support them look as if with egg on their faces. Apparently RINOs think like Democrats, never anticipating Consequences to their Actions.
I’m looking at the resetting of the Tytler Cycle as a happy moment, and we as A Nation need more of them. It pains me that Democrats hate us. Our Nation is the greatest on the planet. The most advanced, even with Democrat S-Hole cities and states, but even they are gonna have to change for the better eventually. For now, the danger has passed, but still freedom must be maintained with a strong military and a political will to remain true to the US Constitution. Thanks to Trump we finally have a GOP of lessening RINO influence, and leaders who are standing up to Democrats and their media, telling them where to go. Individuals unafraid to challenge bent assertions from a Dem media who kowtows to mediocrity.
