The realtor behind the billboard said she’s been getting calls about the damaged billboard. It’s also given her a new catchphrase.
HOUSTON — A realtor in Conroe is getting a lot of calls thanks to what Mother Nature did to one of her billboard ads.
The billboard is on Highway 105. The ad on it reads “More kids than bedrooms? Call me.”
Naomi Dixon is the realtor behind the billboard.
On the “before” picture, you can see the three kids on the billboard. All of them are well intact. But it looks just a little bit different now after some strong winds earlier this week when the front blew through. One kid at the top of the billboard lost his head in that high wind!
Dixon says this billboard mishap has actually been good for business because she tells me she’s getting a lot of calls now.
“When people have been calling you, what have you been telling them?” we asked Naomi.
“I told them, you know, I’m aware of the situation,” she said. “Nobody was hurt, and we’ll get the little kid fixed as soon as possible. And I have a little catchphrase I’ve been saying. I’ve been saying, don’t lose your head over real estate. Just call me instead.”
Dixon says the billboard will be fixed soon. A work order has been made, so don’t lose your head over this.
