Residents in Cleveland and Conroe each won a cool million bucks.
HOUSTON — Two Southeast Texas residents are celebrating $1 million wins after claiming top prizes in separate Texas Lottery scratch-off games, according to the Texas Lottery.
A Cleveland resident claimed a top prize worth $1 million in the Texas Lottery scratch ticket game $1,000,000 Crossword. The winning ticket was bought at Teddy’s Plum Grove, located at 7940 Plum Grove Road in Cleveland.
The winner chose to remain anonymous.
It was the fourth of six top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the game.
It comes just days after the Texas Lottery announced a Conroe resident also claimed a $1 million top prize in the Texas Lottery scratch ticket game Extreme Multiplier.
That winning ticket was purchased at Fuel Maxx #88, located at 17160 Highway 105 E. (Suite 100), in Conroe.
The winner in that case also wanted to remain anonymous.
This was the second of four top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the game.
For selling the prize-winning ticket, both retailers may be eligible for a $10,000 bonus from the Texas Lottery.
