GREAT. Water stained; 86.4 degrees; 0.10 feet above pool. Big rain raised the lake a little and dropped water temperature near 5 degrees. Catfish seem to like it with pretty decent catches being reported on liver, worms, shad and punch bait from 5-20 feet of water. Bream are still everywhere. Bass have been OK on deeper docks and structure as well as chasing bait on ledges up to 20 feet deep. Report by Bradley Doyle, Bradley’s Guide Service. Crappie are better, folks are picking up decent catches, finding them on structure and timber in 13-21 feet. Using minnows and hair jigs have been outperforming plastics this past few weeks. Hybrids and whites are schooling well and providing good action, being productive using slabs, spoons or shad, finding them on flats and the edge of drop-offs in 14-21 feet. Check the tooth patch to see if it’s a white or hybrid on the Outdoor Annual app. Catching several juvenile hybrids lately. Always wear your life jacket. Report by Mike Cason, Fishical Therapy.
