I booked a pull-through RV space several months ago at this location. We are not Thousand Trail members, but stayed here because the location served our purposesSo much unmet potential…The good: picturesque location on Lake Conroe. Beautiful setting overall.The bad: the restrooms need a lot of work. I observed malfunctioning or broken fixtures, inconsistent amenities in the restrooms such as wall hooks for towels, etc. Our biggest complaint is that the restrooms are unsanitary. They are in serious need of sanitizing. If you are turned off by the sight of dead cockroaches, this is not the place for you. This experience has removed any desire I have to purchase a Thousand Trail membership.

Great camp ground very well kept. Roads to camp sites have been improved. They were very bad. Clean and nice showers.

Rodes extremely bad in parts. Still batting parts how much is it also. They get a lot of money they should at least provide Wi-Fi, or cable and good Rhodes or at least. Also thousand trails I got a lot of subscribers if they had a place down by Galveston or even Texas City.

First time at this TT park. I am very happy with the site that was assigned to us. There is actually a view of something besides other rvs. The amenities are numerous. From swimming,fishing,putt putt golf,billiards,tennis. Just to name a few. The staff are very friendly. If I had a boat, it would be perfect to launch here. Also cabins to rent

There is no hotel here this is an rv park. There are several cabins you can rent for a decent rate. There are also plenty of rv sites.

This place is amazing!!! The best TT site I've ever seen! It's very clean, there's plenty of activities, a big beautiful lake with a beach! Laundry facilities need help... badly, but we were able to get ours done... otherwise... this place is AWESOME!!!!
