We rented a 150hp 12 passenger boat on July 18 and about 10 minutes into the ride I called and complained about the boats speed. We topped out at 9 mph with only 8 passengers on the boat. They told me this was normal, which I don't believe. About 10 minutes the front end took in so much water we thought the boat was going to sink. I called again to report this issue and they didn't seem to be concerned for our safety and solution to the problem. We decided to bring the boat back instead of risking sinking. I was refunded for 2 of the 3 hours booked. I sent an email the following day requesting the rest of the refund since we spent most of the time in a panic and not enjoying the boat at all. I got no response. Will not rent here again or recommend to anyone.

Garbage. Pure trash. Zero professionalism. The girl at the front desk—TIFFANY— was a complete liar. Whoever the owner of this place is needs to fire her because she will run this business to the ground. Rude. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Worst customer service.Here’s the story: I called in, made reservations from 4-7pm. We arrived at 4:30. They had 5 boats available on the phone when we made bookings and they had 5 boats available when we arrived (so they were not rented all day). But McKayla and Tiffany say we will have to pay from 4:00 onwards. Since we made a phone call booking at 4:00 pm(???!!!). ridiculous, we drove 2 hours to get there all the way from Clear Lake TX. Either way, we said okay that’s fine let’s just go ahead and get it. Then she says “I have a feeling you guys won’t be back at 7pm. Then she lies and says they don’t have any boats available. Then she changes her statement and says I do have them available but you guys wont be back by 7. We said we will. She was like you’ll be charged double. (She was going to keep my credit card on file). She says if we’re not back by 7 she will double charge. We said okay that’s fine—we will be back by 7 if not then double charge us. Then after all that she says I have a feeling that I don’t want to rent to you .How dumb. She lost $500 of business over ego. Instead of getting revenue, she let the boats sit.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFEThe girls working in the office have no idea what they are doing; the service was terrible, and they never offered me a boat that suited what I was looking for. The celebration was a disaster—the boat was taking on water—and I wasted my time and was charged for an extra hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE BECAUSE YOU WON'T ENJOY YOUR DAY; they need to make changes and improve their attitude toward customers
