I do not like negative answers, but the service here was terrible. Ran out of tea and would not make anymore. There for lunch and was told they were going to stay open till 9pm... Very short and rude behavior. Came here every time visiting Lake Conroe, for years now. We will never return here again. Which sucks because the food is really good... Something so simple has lost our business forever.

The atmosphere in the lake side grill is warm and welcoming. All the staff were so friendly and even encouraged different menu items to try. They were genuine and just kindhearted people all around. Now the food. The crawfish were very flavor full and the burger was cooked to my request just right. Get the two and make yourself what I call a MudBug Burger 😁 sprinkle some crawfish seasoning over the mayonnaise on the bun then add your toppings. See the picture of the masterpiece.

I came here with my brother because my bestie raved about it and highly recommended it. I read some of the reviews and was very optimistic. I was expecting phenomenal food and service. I was so disappointed. The fact that the place was empty should have tipped me off. There was no brisket available so I ordered a burger with a shareable appetizer. For what I was paying, I expected more. These folks were very meager and skimpy with the onion rings. The burger itself was really good and the bun was super soft… it was yum-a-licious. I had to ask for tomatoes because the lone slice that came with it was about the size of a half dollar. I think that if I had come earlier, it would’ve been a TOTALLY different experience. I would definitely recommend that you come early to get good food and service. If you cone late in the afternoon, your dining experience will not be as good.

It was a fun, interesting place on the lake restaurant was clean. Service was amazing. Food was not bad at all. I tasted a little bit better, but it was one of the places I would want to come back to again the 1 thing I did not like about it. Though, was not a part of the restaurant's fault, it was the lack of customers because we went during one of the holidays and everyone had left for the holidays, so there wasn't that much of an atmosphere beyond that, it was worth it, I would recommend.
