After breathing new life into this historic structure (formerly Sparkle Ice), Pacific Yard House experienced its’ Grand Opening September 1, 2017! PACIFIC YARD HOUSE HISTORY

Located across from the railroad, the building was originally part of a 50-acre tract owned by an unspecified railroad interest back in 1907. Somewhere around 1942, Albert L. Johnson bought this half-acre parcel for $300 – along with several other neighboring lots. By this time, the original building was falling down, so Johnson constructed a 7000-square foot building. This building housed a wash house and dry-cleaning operation on one side, while the other side became Jewell Ice – which was named after Johnson’s wife.

Pacific Yard House offers a diverse menu of American-style cuisine that includes classic pub fare, such as burgers, wings, and sandwiches, as well as more elevated dishes like seafood, steak, and pasta. The restaurant also boasts an extensive selection of craft beers on tap, as well as a variety of wines and cocktails.

In addition to its dining options, Pacific Yard House is also known for its live music and entertainment events. The venue features a large stage and hosts a variety of local and regional musicians, as well as comedians, DJs, and other performers. The outdoor patio area is also a popular spot for guests to enjoy drinks and socialize with friends.

My server Amber was amazing. If you want friendly and great service ask for her. The atmosphere is amazing I've been here a few times. Seen live music and the trivia night is fun. One of the best places to have date night for sure. The food and drinks are phenomenal and massive portions (you won't go home hungry).

Gracie was my waitress and she was very quick to take my order and was very accommodating. I asked to put on a channel and she was quick to see what she could do. Our food was hot and very good. She was honest about what to get and gave great recommendations. The environment was very good and we even had someone else check on us. Definitely worth going to for some food sports watching and good food.

Great place. My kids and I met my parents and siblings here for an impromptu birthday lunch for my brother and we loved it. Nice atmosphere & great service. The food was excellent. Would definitely go again. Parking was less than ideal, but that's more of a Conroe problem.

I was greeted promptly and immediately seated by the hostess. I ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo and it came out hot in about 10 minutes. The chicken was seasoned well and the pasta was al dente. The sauce was very cheesy and creamy.The facility is very clean and servers upbeat and friendly.

We have been here before and the food was good. But we went toEat last night and the food was just so-so. My pizza crust was too bready, the pizza sauce was just tomato sauce, no flavor. It was not tasty. The onion rings had too much breading, the steak did not have any flavor. They need a new head chef.

Food and drinks from the bar were OK.Received our bill and was charged for extra ranch dressing for a salad that came with little dressing at all. The salad cost $13 dollars, would think a small plastic container would be included.Charged for an extra again small container of “extra” strawberry sauce for a $13 strawberry cheesecake that had a small amount of strawberry slices and a smaller amount of strawberry sauce on it as served.I would think that for a $70 dinner bill, a tablespoon of ranch dressing and a tablespoon of strawberry sauce wouldn’t warrant separate charges. Dumb business model. Lost our business, had been there several times before.

First time here, and we’ll definitely be back! Madison was an awesome server, and her recommendation of the pork belly tacos was spot on. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Everyone provided great service, and we enjoyed every bit of our lunch. It was so good we forgot to take a picture before we finished it!

My wife and I had an excellent time at Pacific Yard! Gracie was our wonderful server. She always made sure to check in on us to make sure we were doing okay. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. We had the yard house tacos which had great seasoning. We will be back!

This was a great place to go. The food was so good and the service was good too. I like the rustic atmosphere too. We'll definitely go back here.

This place had a really cool vibe inside. We loved the decor and being able to watch the games in a calm low light environment. The service staff was awesome throughout the whole experience. We enjoyed our lunch too! We ordered the loaded nachos with chicken and the smoke house chicken sandwich. Plenty of food for a reasonable price and the food quality was great! I'm going to be dreaming of that smoked chicken.
