Pier 105 Marina, is the closest covered marina to Interstate 45 with the deepest launch and slips on Lake Conroe. Our services also include boat sales, repair and maintenance, slip rentals (wet and dry), boat cleaning, as well as a shop full of accessories and supplies.
The marina is an authorized Starcraft Marine, Yamaha Marine and Mercury Marine® dealership serving the Montgomery area. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory. Financing available as well.

The marina features 64 covered boat slips with electricity and water hookups, accommodating boats up to 50 feet in length. There are also 18 uncovered slips for larger boats, along with a convenient fuel dock for refueling. Boat rentals are available for those who do not have their own watercraft, including pontoon boats, fishing boats, and jet skis.

Anglers will appreciate the on-site bait and tackle shop, as well as the easy access to some of the best fishing spots on Lake Conroe. The marina also offers guided fishing trips with experienced guides who can help you reel in a big catch.

I don’t know what happened over here within the last month. Customer service at this location has gone to shit. I do not recommend I’ll get here.

We had a really great experience at Pier 105 recently. My husband raved about the new management and how it looks like a newer and better marina. We will be back soon!He has no idea how to leave a review so I am doing it for him haha

Had a great experience with Reid, the new manager at Pier 105 Marina. He clearly understands management and has solid knowledge of boats and marina operations. He’s already making noticeable improvements.One thing I really appreciated was reopening the boat ramp for tenants, even when the marina itself is closed. That makes a big difference in access and convenience.I recently bought a boat from them, and Reed made it clear that he’s available for anything I might need moving forward. That level of support goes a long way. It’s great to see someone proactive making positive changes to better the marina.

I just tried Pier 105 Marina for the first time and it was a great experience. The service manager, Nestor, arranged to have my trailer picked up from Leisure Shores Trailer Storage and I drove my boat to the ramp, where he picked me up. Super convenient and effortless on my part. Nestor serviced my Mercury 250 XS and had be back on the water quickly. Overall it was a great experience and Nestor provided great customer service!

I went to Pier 105 Marina January 16, 2026 to have my pontoon boat serviced at 100 hours. This was my first visit and I will never have my boat serviced anywhere else again. The service manager, Nestor Vaca was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They were also very fair with their pricing for my service. I highly recommend Pier 105 Marina. Stuart Krone

Great waterfront venue. Crust Pizza makes a wide variety of excellent pizza. Our group tried and loved many. My favorite was their barbecue pizza. None of them were crust heaven. The flavors came through and the crust was a great support to the flavors. Lots of great outdoor and indoor seating. Lights on the adjacent walkway make it a beautiful place to dine. Outside seating give a great view of Lakr Conroe. Great for a date or a family outing.

Mr. Vaca at pier 105 Marina consistently provides high quality service with a professional approach. He arranged a trailer to remove my boat so not could be serviced and completed troubleshooting to identify my motor issues. He only uses OEM parts to ensure a quality repair. Thanks for your commitment to quality.

We just recently became customers and we are so glad we did! Good Customerservice, clean Storage and I love the boat valet Service. They have rules and procedures, which I appreciate because it makes it easy for me to plan.

Walked into showroom to be greeted by a young kid only asking if we wanted to launch, if so that’s $50.00! Um no, we’re here to look at a MB boat, DEER IN HEADLIGHTS!! Told him we were looking for a boat advertised and did he no where it was? Still no clue about it and again asked “you want to look at a pontoon”, um no, a metallic teal MB boat. Goes and gets another person, I’m now in another MB and they’re both asking again what boat I want to see, kid 2 says maybe it’s in the back, disappears/returns to say it must be gone… No one else came out or offered to help after I went into 2 MB’s! News flash, this is a brand you’re actually selling! I understand it’s a weekday and likely little to no foot traffic but don’t send employees out to talk to customers who don’t know anything about their actual inventory! Ridiculous!

Pier 105 Marina offers outstanding service. I brought my 2024 Triton for maintenance, and they handled all the hauling with their trailer. Service Manager Mr. Nestor Vaca contacted me, advised me, and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses. Highly recommended—great facilities and convenient location for boat repairs and service.

Greatest marina on earth. They pull my boat out of storage for me, launch us into the water, and if we return after closing we tie it up and they put it away the next morning, what more could you ask for. Great team, great location next to moonshiners.

don't trust these crooks don't trust them with service, their "manager" nestor is an incompitent and cannot perform a simple oil change on a boat they have no one on site that knows anything about the boats for sale the storage facilities are filthy with limited access and damage constantly occuring steer clear of this place i wish someone would have warned me
