Regretfully, I did not buy my Generac from TGS, but I did purchase an annual maintenance plan from them. Mr. Mike Hughes came out to do my first round of maintenance. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to answer questions. Very happy with the service. On top of that, I worked with Leann on purchasing the maintenance plan. She was also extremely knowledgeable, answered a few questions I had, and was VERY fast to reply to emails, which I really appreciate. Great local place to do business with. Highly recommend!

My new generator (installed in May of 2025) has not worked since December. When they came to service it they came with the wrong parts (three times) before they actually did it. Then it quit working. When they came to fix it (three times) they could not make it run. They said it needs a software update and were waiting on Generac to provide it. I asked for Generac contact info and was told that would not do me any good but I could try. I called Generac and Generac immediately contacted them to resolve the issue. Not fixed yet but hopefully it will be working soon.
