This place is great! If you get a spot towards the end right on the water it’s unmatched! The customer service from the front office (Lisa and Jen) and the management/repair team (Daniel and Tom) are fantastic. We went camping here for the weekend, they not only fixed an issue on my camper but went way above and beyond!My only negative feedback is the restrooms and showers on the property need some serious TLC.

They are absolutely amazing. Kind people and supportive. Also extremely helpful. My mom and I stayed there and just the people and managers are extremely friendly and easygoing. Jordan Fontaine has caused us a ton of issues and they have been helping out. He left a hateful review because he has not been minding the rules and is extremely disrespectful. And I will tell you what he said is completely false. Lovely area.

Beautiful location. Affordable. Friendly... moved away june of last year and miss Lisa and Jenn so much. Both so lovely and friendly always smiling even when not feeling well. Lisa always has coffee made in mornings when she works and enjoys when people sit down n drink a cup w her. Daniel is a jack of all trades but a master of ministry from what ive heard. Unfortunately i never got to go to see him im action. How he has the time to do sermons keep park clean n well maintained plus help people in park when he can I will never know. So.much on his plate and still has time to help those in need. The office also has guests (and management themselves) bring in donated items to give to people who need it... I dont know how many times I walked in n they had can foods and other foods n snacks r candy even clothes that they donate. And always so nice especially to my grand children and all the other children there. I consider them family.

I have lived in this park for one year now and it has been a very pleasant experience. Management here especially Daniel go above and beyond to make this establishment a place to call home and or a vacation spot. As long as you follow the rules of the park just like you'd have to anywhere you should not have any issues and if you do, you just need to properly bring them up to management. To me it's beautiful here my neighbors are awesome and I know just about everybody in the park. Personal opinion, if you give a bad review at any place is because you did something wrong not because the establishment did. All three of the management team do their best to work with people.

The first month we moved in, the manager was amazing! She discounted our rent by $50 a month for 4 months and gave us what I thought to pay the pet deposit (totally weird btw since I own my own rv) over the same 4 months. Later I found out I had to pay that deposit in a month and a half. It was ridiculous. We paid late our first month because my dad is on social security and it’s his place. We were told we would get evicted. Thankfully no paperwork was ever posted. Secondly, a week into us being here I take my dog down to the dog park. One kid has a beautiful dog and became buddies with my son. LOVED IT! then as soon as I let my dog off the leash, that dog attacked my dog. Mind you, no parent is there just the child so me and another resident help wrangle the dog up and away. Then OUT OF NO WHERE, father walks up. YELLS “Don’t touch my dog like that!!” He then proceeds to complain to the manager which she comes over to us telling us it was NOT OKAY to help the kid with HIS dog attacking mine. That kid was TERRIFIED. I have managed an rv park prior to moving here. It was disappointing to see how this was handled. That father should’ve been held responsible. Another note, 4 washers are “out of order” and one dryer whose ventilation hose came off of that I told them about last week, IS STILL NOT FIXED. This park was “alright” for about a month or so but on top of those reasons and people smoking meth in the park, I do not recommend AT ALL. BTW!!! Daniel, who claims to be a manger but is also a maintenance man, kicked me and my dad off the lake for fishing. Totally ruined our day. We were told (we live on the opposite side of the park away from the lake) if there is an empty rv spot on the lake, you can fish. We were told that by the same other manager who set us up. Not only were we kicked off the lake by Daniel for fishing in an empty spot because “apparently” people steal around here, I had a whole argument with the other manager in the office and DANIEL told her we were on someone’s property fishing and we’d done it twice and threw her under the bus. It is honestly ridiculous how this park is ran. They just make it unpleasant! I get a warning via text, “we got complaints about your dogs barking”. My neighbors dogs bark ALL THE TIME. Yet I do not complain because that’s what dogs do. We’ve been here barely 2 MONTHS. Don’t stay here. Neighbors have screaming fights, revving engines, managers want to complain about every little thing. How about doing your job. Call me whatever but a park and its residents taken care of provides good revenue. I know Paris expects that

I had my RV here for almost 4 years. Very nice. I enjoyed the amenities and the location was VERY close to grocery stores and the lake. 10/10 would recommend
