Water’s Edge on Lake Conroe RV Resort has 11 different cabin rentals to choose from to fit your family’s needs for the perfect lakeside vacation getaway.

Our Waterview cabins sleep 6 occupants comfortably with a range of floor plans. They each have a full bed, bumper beds, and a futon in the living room. Linens and kitchen supplies are provided during your stay. Our Waterview cabins are equipped basic cable TVs serviced by DirecTV. You have the most beautiful view of the lake and plenty of outdoor space for enjoying the quiet outdoors.

Our 1,100 sq. feet family rental cabins sleep 8-10 occupants comfortably with a range of floor plans. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a full sized bed and privacy door. The upstairs bedroom is an open layout with no door; the bed range from bumper beds, twin sized beds, and full sized beds. There is 1 full restroom located downstairs and a half restroom upstairs.

We had a group of 6 and we booked one of the cabins down by the boat launch. We all had a fantastic time, the Office Gal (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful, friendly and sweet. The cabin was great, we enjoyed having a small kitchen, the porch swing, picnic tables and private boat launch and slips. The pool was great, and we also thoroughly the beautiful lake scenery. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay and ww look forward to seeing y’all next time.

I have been here nearly 10 years. The property itself is rustic and old school. Lots of dirt, gravel, and grass. It’s conveniently located on the lake not too far from town. There are a few things that are being addressed, but I don’t complain.

7-5-26 Return visit:We just finished another trip here and absolutely enjoyed our stay again! The access to a pool and lake makes it fantastic, but the staff truly makes the experience. We were so happy to see that Jodi is still working in the front office. She completely keeps this place going single-handedly and always takes such good care of the guests. She deserves another raise for everything she does! She did a great job with July 4th hot dogs by the lake even though not much participation but only a few. Have a feeling people like to complain but not participate. We all know how that is. But We will definitely be back again soon." Love it here!*Some negative reviews might be tiny home owners. If you're that unhappy then maybe it's time to move on. *We love this RV park. They also have Cabins for rent that are nice and have great views of the lake. Always clean and cold air. The lady Jodi that works here is on top of housekeeping and customer service in the office. She should be recognized as a great asset to this RV park and the company that owns it. The pool is huge and the area is nice. Big dog park and boat dock on the lake. Close to everything but still has a country feel. Will definitely keep coming back.

Renting a place from an owner in here, and i love it here! Really good neighbors, water access and a pool, dog park, playground, public pavilion is beautiful, etc! A truly dreamy neighborhood!!!Update; weve rented a tiny home for over a year, and lived in our rv here for 2yrs. It was an amazing park! The new owners are working hard to bring it back together so its not perfect, but its still a great place to stay and vacation at!

5-29-26, witnessed a group of people in the pool with multiple glass bottles lining the edge. Tried calling assistant manager Jodi with the after hours number that she posted today by email and nobody is returning after three calls.We are just concerned about the glass bottles breaking and that no one can use the pool if it has to be cleaned up. I guess I can say I tried to notify them.Please get it together Water's edge.

We spent Valentine’s weekend in one of the smaller cabins, and while the lakeside location was stunning, the rest of the experience fell short. The cabin was cramped for two people and lacked basic upkeep; the bed was unmade, no toiletries were provided, and we found small bugs on the furniture almost everywhere around the cabin. Furthermore, communication was nonexistent. We only received a paper welcome packet but had to navigate the grounds entirely on our own. For our first local cabin stay, it was disappointing and far from welcoming

So disappointed in this RV resort. The roads were bumpy and ungraded. The RV pads we're soooo unlevel it took multiple times and days to get it level. We came in late and unfamiliar with facility which we would never do again as nothing was labeled and it was so dark that we had to walk around to find out spot. Asked for refund after we had to leave early due to emergency at home and was denied.Will NOT recommend this RV park. They really should invest in some road grading and facility upgrades. Very unsatisfied!!!

We stayed in one of the smaller cabins that’s listed for 6 people, but it’s really best for four. Next time we’d go with one of the larger cabins. We had five people there and it was too crowded.The area itself is beautiful, right next to the lake. We brought kayaks, went fishing, and there’s a boat ramp so you could bring one if you had it. It was a lake view cabin with a short walk to the lake. With the larger cabins it’s a longer walk.Some positives: a HUGE pool that’s ten feet deep, basketball courts, a park area and swings. The cabin had strong AC, and a furnished kitchen. (even a can opener) It would be good for big family gatherings. There was a covered outdoor area that would be good for reunions or meetings.Downsides were that it wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived (lots of dog and human hair in the loft sheets and a big dead roach in the bathroom) Staff came and brought new bedding so that was a relief. The TV was very small, about the size of a computer monitor.Not every cabin has the same layout. In ours, the main bed was up in the loft and only reachable by ladder, which didn’t work for my family. If that matters to you ask for a cabin with the full bed downstairs. The website did say that the pictures may not be of your specific cabin. Ours didn’t have an oven which the one in the picture did. Do your diligence and ask for what you need.One really important thing to note: getting to the cabin is a bit of a climb. From the parking area, you go up three steps with no railing, then walk up about a 40-foot incline to the cabin, and then there are another 10 steps up to the door. The cabin had one railing in the middle of the stairs, and not on the sides. Definitely not handicap-friendly, and it’s tough for elderly people or anyone with little kids.Overall, it’s not a luxury stay, but if you’re okay with something simple and laid-back, this is a good spot with lots of amenities and a great location. I enjoyed my time there. No one bothered us and my family relaxed. Will book again next year.

Let me tell you the Pros first. It has a nice pool. It has a nice gazebo.Cons: It is a land slide. The whole place is either caving in on just sliding down the hill. We was here for a Small thunderstorm and it flooded and push rock and debris down the hill. This isn't the first time either. People here said it's getting worse. Bathrooms...gross! The roads are so bad, some of these campers will never get out! At the bottom of this hill. They have great little cottages. But not worth anything if the hill behind you is going to collapse it. I will never stop in here again. Please dont waste your time or money.

This place was adorable, very cute quiet community. I would just suggest they put C1 on the Cabin along w/ the names because that was confusing trying to find a cabin in the midst of the other homes. We thought it was just RV’s & cabins. However it’s a full tiny home community w/ RV’s & Cabins. The AC worked great. I was a little worried because it was a window unit but we all were comfortable or cold. Also the loft area made me a little nervous because of the drop so I put the bench in front of the entrance when we went to bed so no one fell off. We enjoyed our short sweet stay. We had family in the area & went to their lake house, that is why we did not use the boat launch or pool. I’d also suggest bringing your own pillow. They had them but they were very flat. All in all great use of the space & worked perfectly for myself my husband, child; & my cousin & her 2 kids. The bunk room had 4 beds, & the loft was a full sized bed. (I wonder if the bed could be turned the other way but not a big deal.
